Al-Taleea Concert Series on Al-Kiman Channel 2

The Vanguard Concerts Violin Channel’s second series begins with a show featuring all the artists in the 10-part series.

Violin Channel is proud to present Series 2 of The Vanguard concerts! One episode will be broadcast live here every Thursday at 5 p.m. ET from September 8 to November 17. The second series will feature world-renowned artists – including Augustin Hadlich, Joyce Yang, Francesco Volana, JP Joffer, Pablo Sainz-Villegas, Leila Josephovic & John Novask, Xavier Foley, Eunice Kim and Kelly Lane, Stella Chen, Matthew Lippman, Andrew Armstrong, Alexi Kinney, Timmy Choi Nikki Choi and Michelle Kahn, the Fianno Strange Quartet and Rodolfo Leon, Simon Porter, Blake Poliot, Hsien-Ai Hwang, Vadim Glusman and Janis Karissa.

It was co-produced by the founder of the violin channel, Jeffrey John DavisThe Alphadyne Foundationand an experienced executive director in the performing arts Charles LetourneauEvery concert features a custom look and feel from the Creative Director David Katzif.

“For our second Vanguard Concerts series, we encouraged musicians not to perform standard music,” Jeffrey John Davies David He said.

“We have asked them to submit works, or parts of works, that they are really passionate about and that truly represent them as artists. We are incredibly grateful to the Alphadyne Foundation, whose generosity and support have once again made all of this possible.”

“Like Series 1, we not only pay performers real fees for their performance, but we also create the ultimate promotional material and give artists the right to use it at no cost in perpetuity.”

Every episode of Vanguard Concerts, like the first season, was filmed in 4K with seven cameras in Mirkin Hall at the Kauffman Music Center, in New York City. The artists performed in front of a 41-foot-long, 11.5-foot-high curved LED wall that featured gently moving colors, patterns, or scenic views customized to each artist. The result is a visually and musically stunning product that redefines the virtual concert experience for audiences around the world.
